Calypso
Waterparks Design and Construction

Located in Limoges, Ontario, Calypso is the biggest waterpark in Canada. It includes 35 slides, 100 water games, two theme rivers, and the largest wave pool in Canada. The Kongo wave pool can hold 2,000 guests at once. All pools are heated for guests’ comfort. Soucy Aquatik has been involved since the early phases of construction, with teams working on the following attractions: Adrenaline, Black Hole, Boomerango, Calypso Palace, Canyon Rafting, Fast Track, Jungle Run, Kongo, Pirate’s Aquaplay, Turbo Lab, Turbulence, Vertigo, Zoo Lagoon, Zoomerang, and Summit Tower (2nd phase). The park’s array of exhilarating attractions, wild slides, and unforgettable experiences helped earn it an award from the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada. Multiple subsequent phases were carried out year after year in the park in order to increase the number of activities. The client’s confidence in our team allowed us to be involved for several years on this project.
