Tour des Canadiens is the third part of Montreal’s condominium development by Rue de la Montagne and Saint Antoine. This condo complex is within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants. Tour des Canadiens 3 has several high-end amenities including a beach-club style commercial pool area. This includes an indoor pool, reflecting pool, and a therapeutic hot tub. The outdoor terrace also has an interactive fog system that adds another dimension to viewing downtown Montreal. Soucy Aquatic designed and installed each of these systems including the structure and mechanical design.
