The Domaine du Parc Olympique commercial swimming pool and spa renovation project in Montreal, Quebec was completed in 2023. Transforming the aging condo facility into a luxurious and modern oasis, Soucy Aquatik provided a range of services. From initial inspection from our engineers followed by detailed recommendations, commercial swimming pool design consultation to final pool and spa construction. Our scope of work included the demolition and disposal of the existing pool and spa, including the ceramics and the whole deck. Also supplying and installing the membrane, rebar and concrete work and a new pool mechanical system, featuring a new lighting system.

The commercial swimming pool design and construction phase encompassed state-of-the-art upgrades, including a revamped commercial swimming pool featuring contemporary design elements. The renovation of the existing spa further elevated the residents’ experience, providing a serene retreat for relaxation and wellness. This renovation seamlessly merged functionality with elegance, offering residents an enhanced lifestyle within the iconic Parc Olympique neighborhood.
