Aquatic Fountain Design and Construction

Place des Canotiers brought the Petit-Champlain district to life with its new design inspired by the 19th-century wooden docks that were formerly located here. The large architectural fountain is the centerpiece of the area, contains 74 FOGPAVER™s and 50 in-ground jets. The fountain sprays a veil of fog intermittently to cool down the area and bring life to the public square. The addition of an outdoor fountain brings a unique experience to this historic site along the St. Lawrence River.
