The Montreal Insectarium, North America’s premier museum dedicated to insects, features a unique blend of live and preserved exhibits that captivate and educate its visitors. As a key attraction alongside the Montreal Botanical Garden and the Biodome, the Insectarium offers a distinctive architectural silhouette, resembling a stylized insect when viewed from above. Integral to this setting is a fountain crafted specifically for the butterfly exhibit, with fountain design and construction by Soucy Aquatik. Our team was responsible for installing the fountain equipment, completing the mechanical work, and initiating the fountain’s operation. This architectural fountain enhances the serene environment of the Insectarium, allowing visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of butterflies in a meticulously crafted habitat. Through this project, Soucy Aquatik has contributed to creating an immersive, educational space that reflects the essence of nature and insect life.
