L’Aventura is an innovative real estate project offering condominiums located in the Duberger neighborhood, providing a friendly living environment with several outdoor amenities. Soucy Aquatik designed and built a water fountain that transforms into a skating rink during the winter. The main challenge of this project was to incorporate equipment that could be easily disconnected to allow for ice rink use.
The fountain features two basins at different levels, creating a central illuminated waterfall enhanced by ten linear LED lighting fixtures. It includes 26 jets in total: 12 plume jets producing a clear vertical water effect, 8 rotating jets creating a unique motion effect, and 6 vertical jets forming a broad water display. To create a stunning nighttime effect, the fountain is illuminated by 36 LED fixtures, giving the installation a vibrant and dynamic ambiance.
At Galdin Condominiums, we were commissioned for the complete design and execution of the rooftop pool and spa, delivering a fully integrated aquatic environment for this luxury residential project. Our work began with detailed 3D modeling, allowing us to visualize and coordinate every structural and mechanical component.
Following the design phase, our team handled the construction of the concrete basins, the pool mechanical systems, and all finishing work to ensure durability, performance, and aesthetic harmony with the building’s architecture.
We completed the project with the full commissioning of the pool and spa, ensuring that every system was optimized and ready for use. The result is a high-end rooftop installation that enhances the amenities offered to residents and reflects the development’s commitment to quality.
