Soucy Aquatik ranks among the leaders in commercial, municipal and institutional aquatic construction. We are seeking to expand our dynamic team with a motivated Project Manager to work on a variety of aquatic projects such as architectural fountains, commercial pools, waterparks, splash pads, hot tubs and Nordic baths. The person will play an essential role in project management and follow-up.

Under the supervision of a Project Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for :

Assisting the Project Director with ongoing projects and managing his/her own projects;
Prepare and analyze technical documents, schedules and material lists;
Coordinate and supervise all stages of projects;
Ensure good communication and coordination between the various parties involved;
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget and quality of deliverables;
Identify risks and implement preventive measures;
Perform administrative updates and follow-ups;
Carry out invoicing and finalize contracts.

Requirements

1 to 2 years experience in the construction field (an asset) ;
BAC/DEC or any program related to project management;
Valid driver’s license;
Good knowledge of English;
Good negotiation and adaptation skills;
Good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
