Swimming Pools in Quebec
The swimming pool at Park Delpha-Sauvé is a one-of-a-kind project. Soucy Aquatik built a huge freeform pool using sprayed concrete. The structure includes a semi-Olympic lap pool with eight lanes, a rest area with jets, a lazy river, a wading pool, 13 play fixtures, and a spiral slide. There is also a ramp for bathers with reduced mobility and a zero-entry section for easy access to the pool. The Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada recognized this project with a GOLD award in the Public/Municipal Pool category.
